Features of a Ram – Dark Knight

• Grows up to 5–6 cm in length

• Deep "balloon" like body

• Completely black or deep indigo body, including fins

• Peaceful, social, and pair-bonding behavior

• Lifespan of 2–3 years with optimal care

• Males often slightly larger with more extended dorsal rays

• Best kept singly, in bonded pairs, or in peaceful community setups

A single Dark Knight Ram or a bonded pair requires a minimum of 60 litres. For a community setup with compatible species, tanks 90 litres or larger are recommended to ensure space and reduce territorial tension.
